I will forward to you in separate emails the notices I received from the Uber team as well as Laban Konsyumer Inc . press statement printed in the Manila Bulletin.
The Laban Konsyumer Inc. welcomes the PHCC Press statement and supports the action taken by the PCC.
LKI is ready to be part of the processes of investigation and review to ensure the protection and welfare of the riders of Uber and grab.
There is an urgent action that needs to be done ASAP.
Based on the Uber notices, the Bill of Sale took effect on March 25 , 2018 and that beginning April 8 , 2018, riders will have to book.and ride with Grab.
Unless Uber and grab voluntarily suspend their timetable of April 8, 2018 and /or PCC completes it?s investigation , we submit that the PCC can moto propio issue an order to preserve the status quo.
We recall the tough action PCC did against the PLDT and GLOBE deal . THE PCC can preserve the status quo immediately.
