This is to confirm and reiterate our proposal that the E receipt issued by Transport Network Company should be unbundled to indicate the details of the actual fares charged and collected from the riders and consumers. The unbundled fare E-receipt shall enable consumers make a reasonable choice on booking a ride with a transport network company
The unbundled E receipt should indicate the minimum details as follows:
1. Gross Fare
2. Base Fare
3. Minimum Fare
4. Per Km rate and actual Km travelled
5. Per minute rate and actual Km travelled
6. Surge rate and actual amount of surge rate
7. Discounts to senior citizens and PWDs
8. VAT
9. Promos and rewards
